Vinyl Imperial Cog Patches

Imperial Cog vinyl Uniform Patch. Patch as seen in Star Wars movies.
Patches are 100% nylon PU and measures about 3″ or 77mm.
Use medium iron setting with no steam.
Vinyl patches must be ironed on. Most embroidered patches are meant to be sewn on.
You can apply these patches to a shirt or jacket.
To iron on vinyl patches in 7 step process.
1. Use setting between Wool and Cotton (medium), no steam.
2. Iron and smooth out desired location.
3. Set patch – Black face down at about 1″ from the shoulder seam with one spoke aligned with shoulder seam (one cog spoke in the 12 o’clock position).
4. Apply pressure and press iron for 10 seconds.
5. Let it cools down and remove clear backing plastic.
6. Then use a piece of white paper or teflon sheet on top of the patch and apply pressure for 10 another seconds.
