Each person is shaped differently, and like most clothing, some people may fit into more than one size or fall in-between sizes on the above sizing chart. If I normally wear a chest size 36-38 and hip size 35 in, would the xxs flightsuit still be too large? Do flightsuits normally run large?
XS will be better for you.
PSA: The Size Chart is pretty accurate. I’m 5’10”, 150 lbs. I wear a 32″ waist (32×32 pants, sometimes 32×34) and always a Medium shirt.
The size chart, when measured as shown #1-5, all pointed me to an XS. I ordered a medium and it was huge. Swapped it out for the XS and it fits very good and is snug. If you like it a little loose, you could go a size up… but for me, XS is correct.

So I want to get a jumpsuit but at 6’2″ and about 180lbs, it presents a bit of a problem. I have a 40″ chest, sleeve length of 25″, waist and hip at 37″ and a 32″ inseam. Based on these measurements, I’m kinda all over the place when looking at the size chart. If I go one size too small then my inseam will be too tight and I can’t bend over. Based on these sizes and my height and build, what size do you suggest I go with?

Flight suit. Like one of the people above, I’m all over the chart. I’m 6’2″ and about 185lbs. My measurements Chest 109cm (S), sleeve 63 cm (L), Waist 93 (L), Hip 99cm (XXS), Inseam 76cm (XS). I wear 34×34 jeans and L or XL T-Shirts, but I have no idea what size flight suit to get. I want the legs and arms to be long enough, but I don’t want to be swallowed up in it. I have long legs, so XS doesn’t seem right, but I measured repeatedly as shown on the diagram.
I will go with a large due to your height. It might be a little loose on your frame.

For your height, I would recommend a Large. But please keep in mind, it might be a little baggy for your body frame.

Hello, I am also trying to figure out sizing. Specically for the Imperial Officer Uniform. I am 5′ 10″, 180lbs +/- , my suit size is 41 Regular, and I usually wear 32 -34 in waist jeans (depends on who makes them). What size tunic and Jodphurs would recommend?
I will recommend a Large on the Tunic and a medium on the Jodphur.

I tried measuring for a flightsuit but I am all over the place. I typically wear XL tees, and 34 waist pants and shorts. Here is what we got when I measured: Chest: 46 1/2 in

Hip: 43 in
Inseam: 28 in

I am finishing up my ANH staff officer and when I look at Wampa size for hat I am a medium, but when I look at imperial officer sizing it says I am a XL

Hi, looking at sizing with my partner, we’ve already realised that we’d need to get the Small Imp Officer tunic and then get it tailored at a local seamstress, but for the trouser sizes it seems she’ll fit the small in waist and hip (with local alterations), but the inseam seems to be 10cm too short. What would you suggest? She’s tall but very skinny.
Total height – 175cm/5ft9
Waist – 70cm/27.5 inches
Hips – 86cm/34 inches
Inseam – 75cm/29 inches
Neck – 35cm/13.5 inches
Chest – 90cm/35.5 inches
Shoulder width – 35cm/13.5 inches
Arm length – 54cm/21 inches
There is really nothing you can do as far as inseam due to the style of the jodphur with button and elastic band at the bottom.
You might try the medium which is about 2″ longer or try the pant.
Another thing. you will be wearing boots so the inseam is not that critical.

For shirt sizes I have been wearing 2x or 3x depending on how it is made. Some run large, some run small. Am only 5’10” but have a “round middle”. Ordered 3x white imperial officer tunic, figure if it is too large, I could always go to tailor take in.
Black imperial officer pants have not ordered, but thinking same situation. Pants size usually 44×30. Again, hoping to lose some this excess baggage. Usually do not like to order clothing because do not want to keep returning/buying if wrong size, or does not fit well. BEst to get larger size and have taken in if needed?
