Imperial Cog vinyl Uniform Patch. Patch as seen in Star Wars movies.
Patches are 100% nylon PU and measure 3.25″.
One set of patch comes in 2 part – black circle and white or silver cog. The white/silver cog goes over the black circle. Example……. If you need a pair to go over each shoulder, please order 2 set of patches.
Weed out the unwanted part and apply them in a 2 step process – black circle first, remove transfer backing and apply silver or white cog over the black circle.
Use medium iron setting.
Vinyl patches must be ironed on. Most embroidered patches are meant to be sewn on.
You can apply these patches to a shirt or jacket.
To iron on vinyl patches in 2 step process.
1. Use setting between Wool and Cotton (medium), no steam.
2.Weed out the unwanted part – finished items will be a black circle and silver or white cog logo.
3. Iron and smooth out desired location.
4. Set patch – Black Circle – Sticky face down.
5. Apply pressure and iron for 5 seconds. Then remove clear backing plastic.
6. Then align, center and set (sticky face down) cog logo over black circle. Apply iron and pressure for 20 second.
7. Remove clear backing plastic and let it cools.
