The hat is of INCREDIBLE Quality and Accuracy, and the fit is Perfect.
However, the reason that it is 4 stars out of five is for 1 reason; I requested the Hat Disc Not to have a Notch in it, and when I received it, there was a Notch.
Still very pleased with it. 1 step closer to a Completed uniform!
