This is a Leg Flares Holder that is applicable to several costumes – X-Wing pilot, and etc. OD green military grade cotton webbing with 8 slots for 7/8″ flares.
Attachment is via Velcro and hook.

Got size M leg flare holder in September 2018. Excellent quality, and attention to detail. The clips inside are an awesome touch as it keeps the holder in place.
