Black Imperial MA-1 Flight Jacket

The MA-1 was designed by the United States Air Force to serve as an intermediate weight flight jacket for use all year. This was accomplished by manufacturing the MA-1 from very high quality nylon fabrics and Orange quilted polyester interlining. The lightweight nylon design allowed the pilot to wear the jacket open and be comfortable in warm weather. Upon entering the aircraft, the pilot could zip the jacket closed and be afforded ample protection against the cold conditions encountered in flight.

MA-1 jackets have become fashionable worldwide, either for trooping and everyday use. It has the classic military Bomber style jacket. Made from 100% nylon water repellent outer shell and orange poly fiberfill  quilted lining inside jacket. MA-1 Jacket has 1 inside pockets , 2 front slash pockets with flap and snap closure and a code cylinder utility pocket located on the left sleeve. #10 Heavy duty durable brass zipper, wind flap and heavy duty collar, cuffs and waist band.
